Even though any creative endeavor needs someone to keep things organized and running smoothly, my goal for the band is to have a group of seasoned creative people who will bring their diverse experiences and ideas to the table in a spirit of collaboration. I've found that in the past when that happened, it was something truly special and magical, and I want that to be the standard we shoot for.
